At R.E. Tricker Ltd, we pride ourselves on the quality of our handmade footwear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes are not a perfect fit, you may return them in their original, unworn condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn footwear back into its original Tricker's shoe box, ensuring all dust bags and accessories are included, then secure it within a protective outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the pre-paid or generated shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our master cobblers inspect the returned items to confirm they remain in pristine condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement pair within 5-7 working days.
